Interesting read, but I don't think Reagan fits the current neo-con definitions. How did he "seek to democratize the Arab world", by selling arms to both sides in the Iran/Iraq war? What regime change did he fight for, Grenada? What preemptive strikes or empire building did he enact, illegal support for goon squads?
